What we process
We store public and licensed competition records, rider and horse identifiers, and account information needed to operate sign-in, profile claiming, goal tracking, and leaderboard views.
If you create an account, we store your email address, display name, an encrypted password hash, and the audit trail needed to track claim actions and correction submissions.
If you submit a data issue, we store the text you provide, the rider and horse context, the affected goal if one is selected, and timestamps needed for review.
How we use it
Data is used to provide browse pages, account access, claimed rider dashboards, goal progress snapshots, leaderboard surfaces, and operational monitoring of the platform.
We do not treat goal outputs or leaderboard positions as authoritative federation records. Rider corrections are used to improve review workflows and data quality, not to overwrite official competition results without verification.
